We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great layout and even a balcony. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the wifi in the room. We were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient, with easy access to taxis for getting around the city. The buffet breakfast was really nice and offered a good variety of options.
Don't have any issues at all.

The room was great and well designed
When your deposit reach the maximum they refuse to give u anything unless you pay again for extra deposit or u r not allowed for anything this is really funny with 5 stars standard. Also the room was well designed with a small kitchen but ubfortunetly it was useless and can't use it as there was no kitchen items to be used I suggest to add some glasses and palates for the guests to use. The western Resturant not up to the standard and this is normal with Chinese hotels

Getting a taxi is incredibly convenient from this hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the helpful staff adds to the positive experience.
The lobby is small and quite crowded.

the advertised rate at Booked.net is lower that the actual rate when we check in. This is not very accurate and fair.

Big apartment, restaurant open 24h,
Very difficul to get a taxi in that area.To be taken in consideration if you have to go to airport or have a meeting and you won't be late

Size and comfort of the room.
Misrepresented times and cost of massage / spa - steam and sauna are not included and the pool and jacuzzi were out of action

The view from the balcony was nice, and the room was spacious. the staff was friendly and helpful. There were a couple of good restaurants nearby, and the location was convenient for getting around the city.
The room was not very clean, and there were stains on the carpet and furnishings. the bathroom was cramped and outdated.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and top-notch service. the spacious and exclusive room was equipped with private facilities, including a stunning swimming pool and a comfortable bar/lounge area. the location advantages made it effortless to explore the city.
The checkout process was slow and caused a slight inconvenience. this minor issue did not detract from the overall exceptional experience at this venue.
